You will learn how to release the tension in your body and mind, while simultaneously cultivating inner peace and balance. We will explore together how yoga practices can improve your quality of life. The techniques and exercises taught are designed so that you can apply them to your daily life, enhancing the benefits of this ancient science and philosophy.
Each lesson lasts 90 minutes, offering a comprehensive experience that includes:
- Asana (Yoga Poses): Enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.
- Pranayama (Breathing exercises): Revitalize your body and calm your mind through breathing techniques.
- Meditation: Find your inner peace and focus on the present moment.
- Theory & Teaching: Understand the fundamental principles of yoga and meditation and how to apply them in your daily life.
- Optional Home Exercises: Incorporate and strengthen your practice and commitment to personal development.
This course is open to everyone, regardless of experience, as the lessons are adapted to each individual's needs.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement
- A bottle of water
- If desired, a towel and/or blanket
You do not need to bring a yoga mat, as we will provide them.
The lessons will be taught by Vasiliki Efthraimoglou, a certified yoga and meditation instructor and mental health counselor. With a passion for self-awareness, wellness, and teaching, she creates a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
