Get to know Yoga like you have never experienced it before — as a complete experience of theory and practice.
You don't just come here for physical exercise; you come to experience Yoga with your whole being — with your mind, body, and soul. To remember who you truly are. To learn how to live in the present, listen to your body, and connect with your higher self.

Each class lasts 2 hours and offers a complete holistic experience that includes:
- Theory & Teaching: Understanding the basic principles of yoga and meditation and how they apply to our daily lives.
What does this ancient science teach us about life, the present, and self-realization? How do we align with our higher self, and what holds us back?
We will explore how the teachings function as a guide for self-knowledge and connection with deeper aspects of the self, and how living in the "now" is the essence of the practice. Yoga is not "armchair philosophy," but a way of life and consciousness, where timeless truths become personal experience.
- Fascia movements (fascia maneuvers): a set of exercises, breathing techniques, and focused intention that release tension, suppressed emotions, and energetic blockages in the connective tissue (fascia), the "3rd brain" that surrounds muscles, organs, and bones.
- Asana (Hatha Yoga Poses): poses that enhance flexibility, strength, and correct posture, so that energy and breath flow freely. The stable and flowing poses explore kinesthetic intelligence and the self-observation of energy. The practice is not only physical; it is a tool for self-knowledge, where every movement and breath strengthens the body-mind-spirit connection and leads to a superconscious state of existence.
The movement part is completed with a lying meditation, allowing the body to assimilate what has arisen, while the energy, the nervous and muscular system, the mind, and the breath return to balance and active relaxation.
- Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) & Meditation: Rejuvenation of body and mind through techniques for controlling the vital energy (prana) and the breath, preparing the body and mind for concentration, concluding the practice with a seated meditation.
- Optional Exercises for Home: Integration of the practice and enhancement of personal growth.
A complete experience of traditional Yoga that leads to the "now," to self-knowledge, and to the psychospiritual connection with the Self and the Divine, as each person perceives it.
It is addressed to everyone, regardless of experience, as the classes are adapted to the needs of each individual.
