After its first year, which was filled with music, creativity, concerts and unique moments, the Children’s & Youth Choir of the Foundation of the Hellenic World continues into the new academic year, inviting former members to return and welcoming new children and teenagers to the group.

The «Tholos»
The “Tholos” is the pioneering hemispherical Virtual Reality theater of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre. It is a building of high architectural aesthetics, equipped with top technological infrastructure, hosting interactive three-dimensional productions of the Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW), as well as impressive cinematic experiences.
Although the “Tholos” resembles a planetarium due to its hemispherical shape, it stands out for its distinctive architectural design. Its spherical form evokes a celestial body, enhanced by concentric rings and special lighting that transforms it at night. Thus, it serves as the architectural symbol of the “Hellenic Cosmos” and a landmark of Pireos Street.
The screenings at the “Tholos” combine entertainment with knowledge, offering a captivating experience. Thanks to state-of-the-art projectors and the impressive hemispherical screen, with a total area of 350 m², the audience is transported into the world of virtual space through interactive productions, where the viewer determines the course of the experience, as well as through cinematic screenings that take the audience on journeys through fascinating virtual worlds.
With technological perfection, creativity, and a full sense of participation, the “Tholos” invites young and old alike on a unique journey through space and time, where technology meets culture and learning becomes an experience.
In the “Tholos,” visitors can travel from Ancient Olympia and the Agora of Athens to outer space. At the same time, through impressive productions, themes of history, science, and the natural world come to life, offering a multifaceted experience of knowledge and entertainment.
The construction and equipment of the THOLOS were funded under the Attica Operational Program of the 3rd CSF,

Educational Programs
Family educational programs for children aged 3-5 years, along with their parents. Experiential activities with themes inspired by mythology, the Greek diet, space, and prehistory.
The "Hellenic Cosmos" Cultural Centre offers Educational Programs for children aged 5 to 8, which are designed and implemented by the Museum Education – Educational Department and take place in all fully equipped indoor and outdoor areas of the "Hellenic Cosmos".
...with a “scarily” fun game featuring witches, broomsticks, pumpkins and ghosts... with all of you as the protagonists. All you need is your Halloween spirit and your endless enthusiasm! A walk through a forest… some strange encounters… a conspiracy… a potion waiting to be made. But why is the final ingredient of the recipe missing? And who is behind it? Come and let’s solve the mystery and learn the secrets of the magical potions and wizards of the past.
The “Hellenic Cosmos” welcomes the new school year with new educational programs and activities that cater to all age groups. The programs are designed and implemented by the Museum Educators Department. Children are encouraged to collaborate, observe, investigate, and create.
