The Foundation of the Hellenic World presents for the second consecutive year the timeless work of Victor Hugo "Les Misérables", directed and adapted for the stage by Konstantina Nikolaidi, along with a cast of 23 accomplished and talented actors.
The «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre welcomes from November 1st the theatrical play "The Verdict" by Barry Reed, adapted for the stage by Margaret May Hobbs. The role of the fierce and uncompromising lawyer in a dark and complex case is portrayed by the exceptional Grigoris Valtinos. After the huge success of "DA" by Hugh Leonard, with Grigoris Valtinos in the leading role, Petros Zoulias takes on the task of directing a deeply social courtroom drama in an ambitious production by the Foundation of the Hellenic World and Thiasis Cultural Actions.
The masterpiece by Giorgos Dialegmenos, «We Lost Aunt Stop», comes to life this summer at the Atrium of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre, in a production by the theater production company Methexis and directed by Christos Tripodis. The grieving relatives (in alphabetical order): Jenny Diagoupi, Joyce Eveidi, Vivian Kontomari, Natassa Kotsovou, Giorgos Souxes, Orestis Tziovas, Haris Chiotis.
The explosive comedy by Eleni Randou, based on Neil Simon's adaptation of Chekhov's short stories, is presented in the Iphigenia hall of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre. After the continuous sold-out performances during the summer tour across Greece and the great success it had at the "Atrium" of the «Hellenic Cosmos», it continues for a second year in an impressive production by the "Methexis" company of Christos Tripodis from November 2nd.
After the summer success and the moments of abundant laughter it has offered to the audience, the wild comedy by Dimitra Papadopoulou, directed by Christos Tripodis and produced by the company Methexis, continues in the Iphigenia Hall at the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre. Starring: Fotini Baxevani, Sylvia Delikoura, Marilou Katsafadou, Stavros Nikolaidis, Aris Antonopoulos, and in the role of Grandpa, Vasilis Kolovos.

The Wolves Academy presents for the first time the unique and original acrobatic performance «TIME». An exciting journey through time through artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, and dance. 400 acrobats and dancers participate in the spectacular production, which was created by top artists.
"The Legend of Mulan", one of the most famous myths worldwide, is presented for the first time in Greece by the children's stage of Christos Tripodis and the company Methexis, in the Iphigenia Hall of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre. It is a spectacular theatrical production, based on the ancient Chinese poem "The Ballad of Hua Mulan", with impressive costumes, sets, sword fights, and choreography, as well as interactive play with the audience.

The "Hellenic Cosmos" Cultural Centre offers Educational Programs for children aged 5 to 8, which are designed and implemented by the Museum Education – Educational Department and take place in all fully equipped indoor and outdoor areas of the "Hellenic Cosmos".
The choir of the Foundation of the Hellenic World invites children and teenagers aged 8 to 18, who love music, to become part of a vibrant community of sound, expression, and joy under the guidance of music educator Matthia Spitadaki.
The “Hellenic Cosmos” welcomes the new school year with new educational programs and activities that cater to all age groups. The programs are designed and implemented by the Museum Educators Department. Children are encouraged to collaborate, observe, investigate, and create.

The Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW) and the charitable organization of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens “Apostoli”, through the Children's Multipurpose Center “Lela Karagianni”, invite both young and old on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 11:00 to a special open educational activity in the imposing space of the oldest residence in Athens, at the Benizelos Mansion (96 Adrianou Street, Plaka).
With great sadness we bid farewell to Thrasivoulos Giatsios, a person with deep love for culture and theatre, with vision, sensitivity and dedication to his work. He left his personal imprint on the Foundation of the Hellenic World and on those who had the fortune to collaborate with him. His absence leaves a great void. His memory, however, as well as his work and ethos, will continue to accompany us.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Foundation of the Hellenic World and the International Creative Academy (ICA) of Egypt, with the aim of collaboration in the fields of creative industries, cultural innovation, and education.
On Monday, January 19, the official premiere of the historically significant work “Our Great Circus” by Iakovos Kambanellis took place, with music by Stavros Xarchakos and directed by Petros Zoulias. The play follows, in a dramatic yet humorous way, the course of Greek history, accompanied by deep emotion and numerous historical references.
The Foundation of the Hellenic World and the Hellenic Center for Cinema, Audiovisual Media and Creation - Creative Greece signed a Memorandum of Cooperation defining the framework of their joint actions in the field of digital games, creative technology, and immersive emerging technologies. The Memorandum was signed by Ms. Sofia Kounenaki Efraimoglou, Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors of the FHW, and Mr. Leonidas Christopoulos, CEO of HCCAMC – Creative Greece.
