The Extended Reality (XR) is a general term that refers to all real, virtual, and combined environments as well as human-machine interactions. It includes the combined use of all virtual reality technologies: Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR).
Visitors to the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre have the opportunity to tour virtually using latest technology VR headsets and with the expert guidance of Museum Educators, enjoy a faithful representation of cities and monuments of cultural heritage.

XR experience «In the House of Ergoharis»
Experience an interactive Extended Reality (XR) experience "In the House of Ergoharis," an ancient Athenian house from the 5th century BC. Thanks to the pioneering technology of the Bridges research program, which offers a multisensory (visual, auditory, and tactile) experience, visitors can explore an ancient Greek house under the guidance of the experienced staff of the "Hellenic Cosmos".

The «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre offers Educational Programs for children 5 to 8 years old, which are designed and implemented by the Museological-Educational Department and take place in all the fully equipped indoor and outdoor spaces of the «Hellenic Cosmos».
The “Hellenic Cosmos” welcomes the new school year with new educational programs and activities that cater to all age groups. The programs are designed and implemented by the Museum Educators Department. Children are encouraged to collaborate, observe, investigate, and create.

"Grandpa Has High Blood Pressure" continues for a few more performances
After the summer success and the abundant laughter it has brought to the audience, the madcap comedy by Dimitra Papadopoulou, directed by Christos Tripodis and produced by the Methexis company, continues for a little longer at the Atrium of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre. The role of Grandpa is played by Tasos Halkias. Alongside him are Krateros Katsoulis, Marilou Katsafadou, Dimitra Stogianni, Iro Pektesi, and Aris Antonopoulos.
The Foundation of the Hellenic World Stands by the Families Affected by the Fire
We offer free participation in the 4th ten-day period (26/8-6/9) of the summer camp "Summer in the City" for families from the affected areas. Additionally, free spots are offered in the educational programs implemented at the "Hellenic Cosmos" throughout the year.
"The Verdict" by Barry Reed at "Theatron"
The "Hellenic Cosmos" Cultural Centre welcomes the theatrical play "The Verdict" by Barry Reed in October. Grigoris Valtinos plays the role of a resilient and incorruptible lawyer in a dark and complex case. Following the huge success of Gregory Xenopoulos's "Contessa Valeraina", Petros Zoulias undertakes to direct a deeply social judicial drama in an ambitious production by the Foundation of the Hellenic World and Theasis Cultural Actions.
Correspondents' Award "Decency 2023"
The Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW) was honored with the Correspondents' Award "Decency 2023" at a special awards ceremony. This award is a recognition of the work of FHW, which showcases the rich Greek tradition, using the most modern technological means and keeping alive the historical memory and cultural heritage of our land.
